The process:
Discovery call to get to know each other and the project
Customized scope proposal and agreement
Collaborate with you and your contractor/builder on next steps for gathering pictures of the space, measurements, timing and walk-through
Design and conceptualize
Implement design alongside builder/contractor
Option to procure furnishings in design plan, with Studio Lu purchasing and installing upon project completion
Pricing: All work in this category is billed hourly. Remodels can be complex so it’s hard to predict all that comes with the project in advance - we try our best to provide upfront estimates and can adjust the design to match your budget as necessary
